- firstly Switchoff the mobile by pressing the ⦽ key
- Next press and hold Volume Up + Power button.
Then select "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll options, and Power button to confirm.- Now choose "Yes -- delete all user data".
- After that accept operation "reboot system now".
